Lucy Hale was looking radiant in red at The 48th Annual Country Music Awards in Nashville, Tennessee on November 5th. Lucy rocked the red carpet in her bight, bold fashion as posed for photos. Lucy is fitting in well in the country community thanks to her new music.
The top channel for teens, AwesomenessTV, will be airing a new docu-series called Road to Nashville. The series is set around the country music capital Nashville, Tennessee where five young and talented musicians will pursue their big dreams of becoming country music stars.
The cast of Road to Nashville include Nashville local Conner Sweet, X-Factor contestant Chase Goehring and 13-year-old Shyanne Wilson. These teens will learn first-hand about what it takes to go for their dreams, but they won’t be alone. They receive great help in the form of renowned vocal coach Renee Grant-Williams, who has worked with professionals like Miley Cyrus and Tim McGraw.
In addition to Road to Nashville‘s premiere, Last week it was announced that, for the next year, Google and YouTube will be hosting a series of public music workshops within Nashville in order to help local artists, songwriters and music industry executives utilize YouTube’s music tools for online growth and success. These workshops will focus on creator education, integrations across YouTube, Google Play and Google +, audience development and music publishing.

Congratulations to Dave Haywood, guitarist for Lady Antebellum and his lovely wife Kelli Cashiola Haywood!! They announced the birth of their first child Cash Van Haywood. Their son was born on September 7th in Nashville, Tennessee. The baby weighed 7 pounds and is 19 inches long.
His name Cash is taken from his mother’s maiden name, Cashiola and Van is Dave Haywood’s father’s name.
Dave Haywood said that he and his wife practiced diapering skills on another bandmembers 13 month old, preparing for their new baby.“We’ve been trying to read and prepare and talk and think through every scenario for the delivery and the labor and how we want to try to be as parents”, said Haywood to PEOPLE magazine last month.
Baby Cash came a little early causing the group to cancel a show at Allegan County Fair in Michigan on Sunday.
Lady Antebellum’s next show will be in the Dominican Republic on September 28th.
Yesterday, Opry tweeted that after 1,000 retweets, they would release the full backstage video of Lucy Hale. The video included Lucy Hale talking about the performance and opportunity for performing at The Grand Ole Opry.

ABC Family’s Pretty Little Liars star and singer, Lucy Hale, has been building quite a lot of excitement for her upcoming debut album called Road Between and she has even shared a special surprise with her fans by making her album available for pre-order on iTunes. Lucy’s music career is booming and the star made a special announcement today on E News! The announcement was of her upcoming performance at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee, which is also known as the “country’s most famous stage.” Lucy also tweeted:

She also added:

@Opry stage on June 21st !!”
This announcement is super exciting considering that Lucy had to cancel her first performance at the Grand Ole Opry, originally scheduled for February 21, because she was sick. Lucy Hale’s been spending the past few days in Tennessee, visiting her hometown of Memphis and making a stop at St. Jude’s Children Hospital. As her road trip continues, she’s now planning to head on her way to Portland, Maine, a 20-hour drive, where she will be performing at the South Portland High School Graduation Benefit. She’s making sure she’s ready to go, and takes a nice selfie with two friends, one being the driver who apparently is called “Papa Smurf”. She tweets:
