Capital FM, the number one hit music station in the UK, received a visitor, well four of them, yesterday, September 4th. The Vamps shared this great pic on Instagram above and says:
“We always enjoy a sneaky @capitalofficial visit!”

Forget “Man Crush Mondays” and “Woman Crush Wednesdays,” who is Debby Ryan’s “Soul Crush?” Well, that would be Hayley Williams, the lead singer of the band Paramore, of course!!
Debby took to Instagram to share this fabulous photo of her and Hayley saying, “Soul crush! Not only is @yelyahwilliams actually the greatest frontwoman of ever, she happens to be the best human.”
Hayley took to Twitter to also post the photo and say, “The girl is a gem! @DebbyRyan.” How sweet!

Attention Russian Bella Thorne fans, we have some exciting news for you! Bella will be featured in the September issue of ‘InStyle Russia’ this fall! Bella took to Twitter recently to share a gorgeous behind the scenes photo from the shoot which can be found inside the magazine. We sure to keep an eye on TeenInfoNet for a release date for Bella’s issue very soon! The magazine will be available on news tands in Russia in the coming months.

Bella Thorne has developed a new love of going to the gym and working on her fitness. The other day Bella took to Twitter to share a pretty picture of herself on the way to the gym saying, “A physically active life style leads to more happiness and better health. I started my day off w/ cardio.”
Bella was also recently interviewed by US Weekly about her diet and exercise style saying, “I never used to work out. I was just so lazy, now, I literally work out every day. I go to SoulCycle in the morning, then I go to the gym with my brother and [boyfriend Tristan Klier] and all of our friends. We usually do legs, biceps, back, and I do a full abs workout. “I’m definitely bigger, it’s cool with me. I like being in shape and fit. What I eat is so unhealthy. People will order me salads at photo shoots, and it literally makes me laugh. I either want cheeseburgers with bacon and avocado, or I want pizza or hot dogs or chicken wings, which is my really big thing I’m into.”
We think it’s great that Bella has found a nice balance between working out, exercising and still managing to enjoy the foods she loves. Nothing wrong with a good ole’ slice of pizza! 🙂 What is your favorite way to stay fit and active?
Ashley Tisdale and her fiance’ Christopher French had a lot key day running errands recently. The couple dressed down while still looking fashionable as they hit the streets arm and arm. Neither Ashley nor Christopher looked to thrilled to be followed back photographers as they went able their day, but they still enjoyed their time together.

Last night, Selena Gomez continued her birthday celebrations along with Francia at the nightclub Bootsy Bellows in West Hollywood, California. Reports indicate the Kylie Jenner was also in attendance. Selena has had quite a wonderful birthday week in Italy with friends, but it’s great to see her back home in LA and still celebrating! We hope Selena and her crew had a blast!
