TI Exclusive: Wes Ferguson Supports The ADA Step Out Walk

Personal fitness trainer Wes Ferguson attended the ADA Los Angeles Step Out Walk on November 15th. Wes led stretches to the huge crowd before the annual walk began. Joining Wes to support ADA were Jillian Rose Reed, Robbie Tucker, Kerri Walsh Jennings, Jacob Hopkins, and Denise Jonas (in support for her son Nick Jonas).

Demi says, “Morning workout Jane Fonda style. (Insert fabulous ass emoji here)” We think Demi could give Jane a run for her money! Demi looked fresh and fabulous as she stretched in her gym attire.

Vanessa Hudgens has seemingly always been into fitness, having been featured on the cover of ‘Shape‘ magazine and a definite fit celebrity favorite of paparazzi. The 25-year-old actress is an avid yogi and has joined the recent aerial yoga craze by posting pictures on Instagram performing a headstand; joining the likes of Gisele Bundchen and Hilaria Baldwin.

She revealed to E! News, ‘I become fitness-obsessed, sometimes I work out twice a day. I love to practice yoga because it’s good for the mind and the soul.’

Bella Thorne Hits The Gym And Shares Her Fitness Secrets!

Bella Thorne has developed a new love of going to the gym and working on her fitness. The other day Bella took to Twitter to share a pretty picture of herself on the way to the gym saying, “A physically active life style leads to more happiness and better health. I started my day off w/ cardio.”

Bella was also recently interviewed by US Weekly about her diet and exercise style saying, “I never used to work out. I was just so lazy, now, I literally work out every day. I go to SoulCycle in the morning, then I go to the gym with my brother and [boyfriend Tristan Klier] and all of our friends. We usually do legs, biceps, back, and I do a full abs workout. “I’m definitely bigger, it’s cool with me. I like being in shape and fit. What I eat is so unhealthy. People will order me salads at photo shoots, and it literally makes me laugh. I either want cheeseburgers with bacon and avocado, or I want pizza or hot dogs or chicken wings, which is my really big thing I’m into.”

We think it’s great that Bella has found a nice balance between working out, exercising and still managing to enjoy the foods she loves. Nothing wrong with a good ole’ slice of pizza! 🙂 What is your favorite way to stay fit and active?

Taylor is no stranger to the gym, and while she’s here in New York the country singer sticks to her regiment. She was introduced to her local gym by her friend, Victoria Secret’s model Karlie Kloss. The gym is open to the public, but by appointment only. Taylor seamlessly transformed from “gym fanatic” to casual chic after her workout with Karlie.

The I Knew You Were Trouble singer wore a pair of black high-waisted shorts, lightweight white tank top, a fabulous pair of chunk ankle boots and a cute black fedora. Taylor finished off her look with her signature red lips and a vintage black satchel.

Bella Thorne is up in the gym just working on her fitness! Bella spent part of her Sunday working hard in the gym and spent time in Beverly Hills yesterday as well. We think Bella’s fitness style looks great! Looking fashionable at the gym is no easy task, but Bella passes with flying colors in an over-sized tank, spandex leggings, and tennies.

This day will be a great day for youth to be active by coming by to the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the 19th Annual Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day! This day will serve as the kick off for the 2014 US Open, plus it will be broadcasted on CBS the next day, on August 24th beginning at 12 p.m. EST! China Anne McClain (Disney’s A.N.T. Farm) and Jeff Sutphen (BrainSurge) will be co-hosting this day.

There will be a large array of tennis games, attractions and, of course, the music! The musical guests of this fantastic event include Hunter Hayes, The Vamps, Madison Beer, McClain and MKTO. Tennis icons Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal will also appear playing live matches within the walls of Arthur Ashe Stadium where the music lineup also appears. All proceeds from the Kids’ Day will benefit the USTA Foundation which funds the National Junior Tennis & Learning Network, a group that holds more than 600 nonprofit organizations dedicated to giving children low-cost/free tennis lessons, life skills and education.

Demi Lovato has been working on her fitness and she looks fantastic! Between gym time with friends today at Soul Cycle (pictured above) and her clean, raw eating which included food such as cheesy Alfredo pasta and kelp noodles, Demi definitely knows what’s good for her body. We love seeing Demi and her pals happy and healthy.
