Taylor Swift arrived on the red carpet looking fabulous as she joined some of the biggest comedy stars during Saturday Night Live’s 40th Anniversary Special held Sunday night (February 15) at the Rockefeller Plaza at Rockefeller Center in New York City. The special was held to pay tribute to the series and all the incredible 40 years the show has had.

Charli XCX Making Debut On ‘Saturday Night Live’!

snl“Live from New York, it’s Saturday Night!” Most likely, you know this common catchphrase from the awesome comedy show, Saturday Night Live. And come December 13th, the cast of SNL will be welcoming Emmy award-winner Martin Freeman on board to host this episode along with music from the only and only awesome, Charli XCX as they make their debuts!

AwesomenessTV Announces New Feature-Length Comedy ‘Expelled’ — Watch The Trailer!


School’s out early this Winter with Expelled, AwesomenessTV’s action-packed comedy film starring Cameron Dallas and a roll call of YouTube and Vine favorites including Andrea Russett, Lia Marie Johnson, Marcus Johns, Michelle Glavan, Teala Dunn, and True Jackson, VP actor Matt Shively. The film debuts in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago on December 12. Expelled will also be available on demand at and through iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, Target Ticket, and Walmart beginning December 16. Pre-sale starts today. Video-On Demand will release December 30.

“The movie industry is changing in terms of not only who teens want to see on screen, but also how, when and where they want to watch,” said Brian Robbins, Expelled producer and founder of AwesomenessTV. “Expelled gives fans of this new generation of stars a chance to see them on the big screen…or whatever screen they prefer.”

Dallas plays Felix, a legendary prankster who seems to always charm his way out of trouble. However, after his third strike at school, the principal has had enough and expels him. Never defeated, Felix resorts to his infamous ways and devises a plan with his brother (Johns), best friend (Shively), new friend (Johnson) and classmate (Russett) to convince his parents he’s a stellar student.

Expelled is rated PG-13 and is written, produced, and directed by Alex Goyette. Executive producers are Brett Bouttier (The Smosh Movie), Joe Davola (One Tree Hill, Smallville, MTV Networks), Scott Levine, as well as Steven Spiegel and Alan Spiegel from 26MGMT. Brian Robbins (Wild Hogs, Coach Carter, Varsity Blues) and Shauna Phelan (The Smosh Movie, Terry The Tomboy) are producers.

Ashley Tisdale Teams Up With Lindt Chocolate As Co-Producer For New Project!


It seems like the married life for Ashley Tisdale is so far working out for her. Just recently, the actress and producer has teamed up with Lindt Chocolates for a new, interactive web series for the Lindt HELLO chocolate collection as the co-producer.

The series, titled “It Started with Hello,” will feature four episodes in which consumers and viewers will be able to choose their own endings to each video and enter to win weekly prizes. The new web series is designed to complement the launch of the Lindt HELLO chocolates and will focus on couples making their first connections. Ashley also shared a video of a cute intro to the series. Along with the video, the following note was included:

Zac Efron And Robert De Niro To Star In ‘Dirty Grandpa’ — More Info Here!!


Both Zac Efron and Robert De Niro are in talks to star in an up and coming road trip comedy called, Dirty Grandpa. 

Talks are very early on, but if they stick Zac will play a young man who is tricked into driving his own grandfather (Robert De Niro), a perverted former Army general who thinks his grandson is about to marry the wrong woman, to Florida for spring break.

The director for this film will be Dan Mazer, who has worked with Sacha Baron Cohen on Borat, Bruno and The Dictator as a writer.

On Tuesday night, fans packed YouTube Space LA for the live-streamed red carpet premiere of “Summer with Cimorelli,” a new scripted comedy series on AwesomenessTV staring the YouTube pop sensation Cimorelli sisters Christina, Katherine, Lisa, Amy, Lauren and Dani. The series stars the Cimorelli, who are on the verge of musical stardom, but first must survive the summer with no parents and no cash.

Our very own field reporter Crystal Ng was there to cover the event, and she was able to  interview the Cimorelli sisters themselves. The sensational sister act talks about being on the show, how the show came about and much more.

‘The Duff’ Movie’s First Cast Photo! – See It Here!



The cast of the upcoming CBS films movie ‘The Duff’ has finally taken a cast photo. The cast members have been busy filming and doing reads for the upcoming motion picture.

Bella Thorne took to Twitter to share a photo with some of her cast members. ‘The Duff’s story line will focus on the life of a high school senior who finds out that she has been labeled “The Duff” (Designated Ugly Friend).

We think the whole cast is beautiful and that the story line shows we’ll all be in for a good laugh! Are you excited to see ‘The Duff’ in theaters soon?

Why Did Taylor Swift Magically Appear During Seth Rogen’s ‘SNL’ Monologue? Watch Now + Find Out!

We had no doubts that Taylor would show up backstage to support BFF Ed Sheeran on his Saturday Night Live debut as tonight’s musical guest (psst, watch his performances of “Sing” and the never-before-heard “Don’t” here), but we had no idea that host Seth Rogen’s monologue would cause her to magically appear on stage!Seth used his monologue to read from some supposed journal entries he kept this week, all about the process leading up to his third time hosting the iconic sketch-comedy show on NBC. Along the way, he gets visits from his “sister” Beth, a little help from Zooey Deschanel, has a run-in with buddy James Franco in the aftermath of a prank, and, when he begins to be upset about being upstaged by all the cameos… Taylor joins the trio on stage!

“Why are you here?” Rogen demands, a question which Taylor repeats, surprised, as if the answer is obvious. “You’re getting really upset,” she replies. “And whenever a man shows emotion, I appear!”
